摘要
目的了解基层社区无偿献血状况和献血人群的基本情况,为无偿献血人群资源的开发提供科学依据。方法选取2015年7~10月和2016年7~10月该中心的无偿献血者作为研究对象。对其相关资料进行统计分析。结果该中心2016年7~10月参加无偿献血者共26 968人次,共捐献血液51 405 U。2015年7~10月参加无偿献血者共22 682人次,共捐献血液36 805.5 U。献血人次同比增长18.90%,献血量同比增长39.67%。2016年7~10月在该中心参加无偿献血的人群中,街头与社区无偿献血人群年龄分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=164.94,P<0.05);性别分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=228.47,P<0.05);文化程度分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=660.63,P<0.05);复检结果比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=31.48,P<0.05)。结论开展献血车进入基层社区的活动可以增加无偿献血人数,缓解库存紧张,还可以调动社区居民的献血积极性,满足偏远基层社区人群参加无偿献血的意愿,应该针对社区人群的特点,采取针对性的献血宣传方式,引导广大社区群众积极参加无偿献血,形成全社区关心、支持无偿献血的良好环境。
Objective To understand the situation of non-remunerated blood donation in grassroots communities and the basic situation of blood donors, and to provide scientific basis for the development of non-remunerated blood donors. Methods Unpaid blood donors from the center from July to October 2015 and July to October 2016 were selected as research objects, and their relevant data were statistically analyzed. Results From July to October 2016, the center participated in 26 968 unpaid blood donors and donated 51 405 U of blood. From July to October 2015, the center participated in 22 682 unpaid blood donors and donated 6 805.5 U of blood. The number of blood donations increased by 18.90% year-on-year, and the amount of blood donated increased by 39.67% year-on-year from July to October 2016, among the people who participated in voluntary blood donation in the center, the age distribution of street blood donors and community blood donors was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=164.94, P<0.05). The gender distribution was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=228.47, P<0.05). The education level distribution was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=660.63, P<0.05). The retest results was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=31.48, P<0.05). Conclusion It can increase the number of unpaid blood donors, relieve the shortage of blood inventory, motivate the enthusiasm of community residents to donate blood, and satisfy the willingness of people in remote grassroots communities to participate in voluntary blood donation.In view of the characteristics of the community, targeted blood donation publicity methods should be adopted to guide the community to actively participate in voluntary blood donation, so as to form a good environment for the whole community to care for and support voluntary blood donation.
