国内图书馆领域用户画像研究的冷思考:困境与出路

Reflections on User Profile Research in Domestic Library Field : Difficulties and Solutions

用户画像能更好地实现精准服务,实现图书情报界资源、服务、产品的精确定位,也是构建智慧图书馆的关键技术。文章采用文献分析法,剖析图书情报领域用户画像的研究现状,并在热潮中进行冷思考,指出国内图书馆领域用户画像的困境与出路,以期能给完善用户画像的理论和技术、实现新时期的图书馆转型提供启示。

User profiles are beneficial for precision service and precise position of resources,service and products of library and information institutions,which are also the key technology to wisdom libraries. The paper,via reviewing the references,analyzes the current situation of user profiles in library and information field and constructs the model based user profiles applied into library in the environment of ‘AI+’. Then,some problems that impair the development of user profiles in library are raised,correspondingly,suggestions that can overcome difficulties are made,aiming at inspiring the improvement of theory and technology of user profiles and promoting library transformation in new era.
