摘要
通过采用低碳成分设计、微合金化配合适当的控轧控冷工艺,获得了以多边形铁素体+贝氏体为主的双向组织钢板,所研发的X65M0级海底管线钢板具有高强度、强韧性以及优良的焊接性能。钢板经过JCOE工艺制管后,钢管管体性能完全满足DNV-OS-F101海底管线标准要求:钢管管体横纵向屈服强度510~560MPa、抗拉强度595~650MPa、延伸率≥40%、屈强比≤0.90,-10℃夏比冲击功均≥400J、-10℃落锤剪切面积比≥90%、-10℃CTOD值≥0.3、硬度HVo值均≤230,成功应用于在中海油南海天然气田开发的崖城项目上。
The bidirectional microstructure steel plate with polygonal ferrite and bainite as themain component was obtained by adopting low carbon composition design,micro-alloying and proper controlled rolling and controlled cooling process.The X65MO grade submarine pipeline steel plate has high strength,toughness and excellent weldability.After JCOE process,the performance of the steel tube can fully meet the requirements of DNV-0S-F101 submarine pipeline standard:the longitudinal and transverse yield strength of the steel tube is 510~560 MPa,the tensile strength is 595~650 MPa,the elongation is no less than 40%,the Y/T ratio is no more than 0.90;-10℃Charpy impact energy is no less than 400 J;-10℃drop weight shear area ratio is no less than 90%;-10℃CTOD value is no less than 0.3;Hardness HV,o value≤230;and they are successfully applied to the Yacheng project of CNOOC South China Sea natural gas field development.
