基于EA的公共文化服务大数据应用体系顶层设计研究

Research on the Top-Level Design of Big Data Application System in Public Cultural Service Based on EA

为了解决公共文化大数据应用初期普通面临的"从哪开始,如何开始"的问题,基于EA(企业架构)对公共文化大数据应用体系进行顶层设计。根据公共文化大数据应用的现状和问题,提出顶层设计的目标;基于EA理论搭建了公共文化大数据应用体系的基本框架,明确各要素之间的关系,并根据战略目标对应用体系的服务架构、IT架构和治理架构进行详细的设计并提出实施建议。基于EA的公共文化大数据应用体系顶层设计有利于保证项目实施、IT架构、业务架构和战略目标四者的一致性。

In order to solve the "where to start and how to start" problem commonly faced in the early stage of public cultural big data application,the top-level design of the application system of public cultural big data is carried out based on EA. According to the current situation and problems of big data application of public culture,the goal of top-level design is proposed. The basic framework of the application system of public cultural big data was established based on EA,the relationship between various elements was clarified,and the service architecture,IT architecture and governance architecture of the application system were designed in detail according to the strategic objectives,and the implementation suggestions were put forward. The top-level design of public cultural big data application system based on EA is conducive to ensuring the consistency of project implementation,IT architecture,business architecture and strategic objectives.
