推进创业型大学本土化建设.需要创新传统院校的办学理念与管理体制,确立“经费筹措是手段、学术贡献是目标”的原则,逐渐减少对于政府物质资源的过度依赖。创业型大学的中国实践有利于加快“双一流”建设步伐,有利于推动地方院校转型与发展.这些都属于高等教育内涵式发展的重要体现。囿于政策障碍与市场风险,中国特色创业型大学的探索与实践应以应用型大学建设作为第一个发展阶段。当应用型大学能够以学术产品本身的质量与声誉赢得包括政府在内的社会各界的支持,那么最终以自力更生意识与能力作为核心特质的创业型大学就会自然诞生。

To promote the construction of the entrepreneurial university,it should reform the idea and management system of the traditional university,establish the principle of driving by financing and aiming at academic contribution,and reduce the over-reliance on the material resources from the government gradually.Building the entrepreneurial university is conducive to the promotion of “Double World-class” and the development of the local university ,which is an important embodiment of the connotative development of higher education.Due to policy barriers and market risks,it should take the application-oriented university as the first stage to develop the entrepreneurial university with Chinese characteristics.When the application-oriented university can gain support from all walks of life included the government with academic products,the entrepreneurial university with the characteristics of self-reliance will be born.
