摘要
LF炉下料系统的伸缩套管若卡死,LF炉将不能加料,故障率居高不下,通过改进,缩短了故障时间,降低了工人的劳动强度,降低了生产成本,提高了设备的利用率。
The LF furnace cannot be charged and the fault rate will keep high, when the telescope tube is blocked. After the modification, the fault time is shortened, labor intensity and production costs are reduced. Finally, the equipment utilization rate is improved.
