ICU年轻护士同情心疲乏现状及影响因素分析

Status quo of compassion fatigue in young ICU nurses and its influencing factors

目的调查ICU 年轻护士同情心疲乏的现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年5— 10月哈尔滨4家三甲医院的ICU年轻护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、医护人员同情心疲乏量表和护士职业认同评定量表对其进行调查。采用单因素分析、Pearson 相关分析和多元线性回归分析对ICU 年轻护士同情心疲乏的影响因素进行分析。结果 ICU 年轻护士同情心疲乏总分为(122.32±8.12)分;单因素分析显示,不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、工作时间以及职称的ICU 年轻护士同情心疲乏得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICU护士同情心疲乏总分与职业认同总分呈负相关(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄、工作时间、职业认同是ICU 年轻护士同情心疲乏的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 ICU 年轻护士存在不同程度的同情心疲乏。临床上应根据影响护士同情心疲乏的因素,采取更有针对性的个体化干预措施,降低护士同情心疲乏状态,提高护士的身心健康水平。

Objective To explore the status quo of compassion fatigue in young ICU nurses and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods Young ICU nurses from 4 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Harbin from May to October 2017 were selected using convenient sampling and investigated with the general information questionnaire, Compassion Fatigue Scale for Medical and Nursing Workers and Professional Identity Scale for Nurses. Univariate analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting compassion fatigue in young ICU nurses. Results The young ICU nurses' compassion fatigue totaled( 122.32±8.12);the univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences between young ICU nurses with different gender, age, marital status, working time and professional title(P<0.05);ICU nurses' total compassion fatigue score was negatively correlated with their professional identity(P<0.01);and according to the multivariate linear regression analysis, gender, age, working time and professional identity were the influencing factors to compassion fatigue in young ICU nurses (P<0.05). Conclusions Compassion fatigue of different ages was found in young ICU nurses. More targeted interventions should be taken based on the influencing factors to reduce compassion fatigue and improve physical and mental health levels in nurses in clinical practice.
