特发性胸膜肺弹力纤维增生症一例

Idiopathic pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis: report of a case

摘要 特发性胸膜肺弹力纤维增生症是特发性间质性肺炎的罕见类型之一,它以脏层胸膜和邻近的肺实质内弹力纤维的显著增生为主要特点,常常被漏诊或误诊,临床-影像-组织病理的多学科会诊对该疾病的早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。该文对近期确诊的1例68岁男性特发性胸膜肺弹力纤维增生症患者进行报道,探讨其临床病理特征,以提高对该疾病的认识。
