摘要
针对集装箱码头泊位与岸桥2类资源分配的问题,以泊位和岸桥数量能够随时间动态变化为前提,重点考虑岸桥维护操作对该类资源配置问题的影响,提出了以最小化船舶总在港时间为目标的联合优化方法,建立了重点考虑岸桥维护的泊位与岸桥集成调度的数学模型,对泊位分配、岸桥调度和岸桥维护计划这3个相互关联的问题进行决策与分析。设计粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解,并与CPLEX优化软件求解得到的结果进行对比,以证明该算法的优越性和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of berths and quay cranes allocation in container terminals, based on the time-dependent dynamic change of berth and quay crane quantity,after considering the influence of the maintenance of equipment,in order to minimizing the total port time of vessels, makes decision and analysis on the three interrelated issues such as berth allocation, quay scheduling and shore quay maintenance plan, and establishes the mathematical model of integrated scheduling of berth and quay crane considering the maintenance activities. A Particle Swarm Optimization ( PSO) algorithm is designed to solve the model. Compared with the results of the optimization software CPLEX, the algorithm is proved to be superior and effective.
