摘要 提出一种等效模型作为对白车身进行轻量化概念设计的基础。该等效模型不仅考虑了白车身中的梁结构,而且考虑了接头与大板类结构对车身结构的影响,基于该等效模型可较为全面和准确地对白车身扭转刚度性能进行评估。另外模型中仅包含梁单元、接头简化模型以及大板类结构等效单元,这使得建模、优化和迭代较为快捷。应用该等效模型对某车型D进行了轻量化概念设计,结果表明:与详细设计阶段相比,轻量化系数的误差为4. 3%,等效模型的扭转刚度的误差为7. 2%,优化后工作量由10人·天降低为2人·天。 For lightweighting concept design of Body-In-White ( BIW), an equivalent model was developed. The proposed model considers the influence of not only the beam structures but also the joint and shell structures in BIW. The BIW torsion stiffness was evaluated based on the proposed model, which included no other than beam elements, simplified joint models and equivalent shell elements. Therefore modeling,optimization and iteration of the BIW concept design was made more efficient by utilizing the proposed model. Applying the proposed method to lightweighting concept design of car D ,the results show that, compared with the detailed design, the error of the lightweight index was 4.3%,the error of torsion stiffness of concept design was 7.2%,and the worktime of optimization was reduced from 10 person·day to 2 person·day.
