定轴加工在叶片五轴机床上的应用研究

首先通过介绍XKH800Z型叶片五轴加工中心在加工叶片榫头槽时出现的刀圈问题以及解决方法;然后介绍了五轴机床加工平面过程中存在的一些难点和其形成的原因,提出了定轴加工是解决这些难点和问题的一种简单实用的方法;最后介绍了Siemens 840DSL数控系统参数设置方法,并编制后处理软件进行切削验证。

First introduces the solution for the problem of the tool mark caused by processing the blade' s tenon-rabbet groove on the XKH800Z blade five-axis machining center, and the difficulties and the reasons of machining plane on the five-axis machine tools. Fixing the ordinate of axis to machining the plane is a simple and practical way to solve these difficulties and problems. Finally ,introduces the setting method of parameters of Siemens 840DSL CNC, and compiles a post-processing software for cutting verification.
