随着宫颈癌筛查的普及以及女性生育年龄的推迟,越来越多的育龄女性在未生育前发现宫颈上皮内瘤变或早期宫颈癌。可依据患者宫颈病变的具体分期、年龄及生育需求制定不同的治疗方案,对那些宫颈病变治疗后不孕或妊娠困难的患者可以进行辅助生殖技术助孕。辅助生殖技术在保留生育的宫颈病变及宫颈癌症患者中的应用,其安全性及有效性还需要更进一步大样本的研究。

With the popularization of cervical cancer screening and the delay of women’s reproductive age,more and more women were found cervical disease before childbirth.Different treatments can be performed according to their condition,including the age of the patients,the specific stage of cervical cancer or cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the demand of fertility.After receiving the treatment of cervical disease,some women can be infertile.They can increase the chance of pregnancy with the help of assisted reproductive technology.The safety and efficacy of assisted reproductive technology in patients with cervical lesions and cervical cancer need further large sample studies.
