摘要
射频电缆组件是航天器信号通讯的重要互联元件。在随航天器在轨运行期间,射频电缆组件的性能会受到空间环境的大量影响。为了给宇航级射频电缆组件的选型、使用和防护提供依据,以模拟试验方式研究了空间环境中高低温环境、温度交变环境、辐射环境和高真空环境对射频电缆组件性能造成的影响。通过在地面阶段提前对射频电缆组件的性能进行研究摸底,提出有效的设计改进和使用保护,以提升航天器的使用寿命和可靠性。
Radio frequency (RF) cable assembly is an important interconnection element for spacecraft signal communication.During the on-orbit operation with the spacecraft,the performance of the RF cable assembly is greatly affected by the space environment.In order to provide a basis for the selection,use and protection of spacegrade RF cable assembly,the effects of space environment (include high and low temperature environment,temperature alternating environment,radiation environment and high vacuum environment) on the RF cable assembly performance are studied by simulation test.The performance of RF cable assembly is studied in advance in the ground stage,and effective design improvement and protection are put forward,so as to improve the service life and reliability of spacecraft.
