摘要
碳纤维复合芯导线是一种新型架空输电线路用导线,综合解决了架空输电领域存在的各项技术瓶颈。GB/T 29324和ASTM B987/B987M标准分别是架空导线用碳纤维复合材料芯的国家标准和ASTM标准,对两者所关注的考核项目、要求、测试方法等进行了对比解读。建议在GB/T 29324标准修订时进行相互对比、严格要求,以保证复合芯的质量。由此,使碳纤维复合芯导线能更好地应用于特高压输电线路,满足不同环境下的敷设要求,促进全球能源互联网建设。
Carbon fiber composite core conductor is a new type of conductor for overhead transmission lines,which comprehensively solves the technical bottlenecks in the field of overhead transmission.GB/T 29324 and ASTM B987/B987M standards are the Chinese national standard and ASTM standard of carbon fiber composite core for overhead conductor respectively.The assessment items,requirements,testing methods of GB/T 29324 and ASTM B987/B987M standards are compared and interpreted.It is suggested to compare each other and require strictly when the GB/T 29324 standard is revised,so as to ensure the quality of the composite core.Therefore,the carbon fiber composite core conductors can be better applied to UHV transmission lines,meet the requirements in different environments,and promote the construction of the global energy Internet.
