特高压输电工程用新型扩径导线的研制与应用 被引量:1

Development and Application of the New Expanded Diameter Conductor for EHV Transmission Engineering

摘要 为了解决750 kV变电站母线噪声过大、起晕严重的难题,针对750 kV及以上交流变电站工程开发了一种新型铝管支撑型高强耐热铝合金型线扩径导线。通过对高强耐热铝合金型线生产工艺、皱纹铝管氩弧焊工艺及扩径导线绞合工艺的研究,成功生产了该特高压输电工程用新型扩径导线。该扩径导线使变电站母线的起晕电压在晴天和雨天的情况下均提高了20%左右,有效改善目前750 kV变电站中存在的母线电晕放电引起的噪声大的问题。该扩径导线的应用提高了输电线路的输送容量和电网的安全可靠性,并对降低架空输变电工程总造价和环境保护具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problem of excessive noise and serious corona in 750 kV substation busbar,a new type of aluminum tube supported high strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy shaped-wire expanded diameter conductor is developed for 750 kV and above AC substation.The new type of expanded diameter conductor for EHV transmission engineering has been successfully produced by studying the production technology of high strength and heat-resistant aluminum alloy shaped-wire,argon arc welding technology of corrugated aluminum tube and stranding technology of expanded diameter conductor.The expanded diameter conductor makes the corona voltage of busbar in substation increase about 20% in sunny and rainy days,and effectively improves the excessive noise caused by corona discharge of busbar in 750 kV substation.The application of expanded diameter conductor improves the transmission capacity of transmission lines and the safety and reliability of the power grid,and is of great significance to reduce the total cost of overhead transmission and transformation engineering and environmental protection.
