摘要
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)套管对成束光纤起到很好的保护作用。PBT套管生产质量的控制对光缆机械性能、使用寿命及高低温变化时光纤衰减都有着决定性作用。针对PBT套管生产工艺关键控制目标(PBT套管结构尺寸和管内光纤余长),对PBT套管生产工艺关键参数(工艺温度、模具)的控制进行了深入探讨。PBT套管结构尺寸的控制关键在于模具选配,PBT套管内光纤余长的控制关键在于对工艺温度的控制,从而对PBT结晶速率和结晶度进行控制。在生产中应结合PBT本身特性,不断完善生产工艺及设备控制,完成PBT套管生产工艺的控制目标,以提高光纤光缆制造水平。
Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) tubes provide good protection for bundled fibers.The quality control of PBT tube plays a decisive role in the mechanical properties,service life and fiber attenuation at high and low temperature.Aiming at the key control targets of PBT tube production process (the structure size of PBT tube and the excess length of optical fiber in the tube),the key parameters (process temperature,mold) control of PBT tube production process are deeply discussed.The key of controlling the structure size of PBT tube lies in the selection of mould,and the key of controlling the excess length of fiber in PBT tube lies in controlling the process temperature,thus controlling the crystallization rate and crystallinity of PBT.According to the characteristics of PBT itself in production,the production process and equipment control should be constantly perfected and the production process control targets of PBT tube should be fulfilled,in order to improve the manufacturing level of fiber optic cable.
