摘要
胞内劳森菌感染给畜牧业造成了巨大损失,其早期的检测与诊断显得尤为重要。本文对胞内劳森菌现有的检测方法组织病理学、血清免疫学和分子生物学等方法进行阐述,分析了各种方法的优势与不足,为临床胞内劳森菌感染的有效鉴定提供指导。
The infection of Lawsonia intracellular had caused great losses to animal husbandry,and its early detection and diagnosis was particularly important. In this paper,the methods of histopathology,serum immunology and molecular biology for the detection of Lawsonia intracellularis infection were described. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed,which could provide guidance for the effective identification of Lawsonia intracellularis infection.
