树脂种类及用量对EPDM性能的影响

摘要 研究了石油树脂(C5)、对-特辛基酚醛树脂(SL-1801)、对-叔丁基酚醛树脂(SL-T421)及古马隆树脂对EPDM胶料粘合强度、硫化特性、交联密度和力学性能等的影响。结果表明,4种树脂均能提高混炼胶粘合性能;其中,C5树脂/SL-1801树脂用量分别为10份/8份时,混炼胶粘合强度最大;加入4种树脂均能降低混炼胶硫化速率和硫化胶定伸应力,提高拉断伸长率。 Effects of petroleum resin(C5),p-octyl phenolic resin(SL-1801),p-tert-butyl phenolic resin(SL-T421)and coumarone resin on adhesive strength,vulcanization characteristics,crosslink density and mechanical properties of EPDM were studied.The results showed that the adhesion properties of the blend were improved with the incorporation of four kinds of resins.The adhesive strength of the blend was the highest when the amount of C5 resin was 10 phr and the amount of SL-1801 was 8 phr.The vulcanization rate and modulus of the blend were reduced by adding four kinds of resins,the elongation at break was increased.
