改性Mg(OH)_2阻燃剂在天然橡胶中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 在水相中使Mg(OH)2表面羟基与硅烷偶联剂Y基团水解产物相结合,外层包覆与天然橡胶结合性良好的第3单体,改善了其在天然橡胶中的相容性;测试了填充后天然橡胶的硫化特性、力学性能和燃烧性能。结果表明,改性Mg(OH)2填充的天然橡胶硫化时间稍长于未改性Mg(OH)2填充的天然橡胶,力学性能和燃烧性能有较大提升;改性Mg(OH)2与天然橡胶结合性较好。 The compatibility in natural rubber was improved by making surface hydroxyl groups of magnesium hydroxide and the hydrolytic product of Y group of silane coupling agent combine together in the aqueous phase and the outer layer was coated with third monomer which had good bonding with NR. The vulcanization characteristics, mechanical properties and combustion properties of the filled natural rubber were tested. The results showed that the vulcanization time of the NR compound filled with modified magnesium hydroxide was slightly longer than that of the NR compound filled with unmodified magnesium hydroxide,the mechanical properties and the combustion properties were greatly improved. The combination between modified magnesium hydroxide and NR was good.
