新疆一起家庭聚集性人间布鲁氏菌病暴发疫情调查 被引量:2

An outbreak investigation on clustering human brucellosis in family in Xinjiang

摘要 目的掌握新疆某村人间布鲁氏菌病疫情发生原因、波及范围,查明传染源,采取有效的综合防治措施,及时控制当地布鲁氏菌病疫情蔓延。方法按照病例定义开展病例搜索,采用现场流行病学调查方法,调查每例病例,同时检测畜间布鲁氏菌病感染情况。结果该村共发现确诊病例10例和疑似病例2例,年龄中位数38岁(10~75岁);以低文化程度者为主、占83.3%,集中发生在第四村组A家庭;处理流产及流产物(OR=11.0, 95%CI为1.7~69.1)是本次暴发的危险因素;羊血清学阳性率为6.7%。结论该村发生的是一起由处理流产及流产物而引起的家庭聚集性人间布鲁氏菌病暴发事件;应加强布鲁氏菌病的联防联控工作,避免传染源继续驻留或转移其他地区而发生再次暴发或流行。 Objective To understand the cause and spreading area of human brucellosis in a village of Xinjiang, find out the source of infection, and take effective comprehensive prevention measures to control the spreading of brucellosis in time in local area. Methods The brucellosis cases were searched according to the definition of brucellosis and surveyed with the method of field epidemiological investigation. Meanwhile, the infection of brucellosis was detected in livestock. Results There were 10 confirmed and 2 suspected cases found in the village with median age of 38(10-75) years. The cases with loweducation background were the dominant and accounted for 83.3%. Most cases concentrated in family A of the 4 th group. The treatment of sheep abortion and abortion products were the risk factor(OR=11.0, 95%CI: 1.7-69.1) for this outbreak. The serological positive rate of sheep was 6.7%. Conclusions A family clustering outbreak of brucellosis occurred in a village due to the treatment of sheep abortion and abortion products. The coordinated prevention and control of brucellosis should be strengthened to avoid the outbreak or epidemic again due to the source of infection remaining in local area or spreading to other places.
