摘要 目的建立水果中二硫代氨基甲酸盐类(DCTs)农药残留分析的方法。方法二硫代氨基甲酸盐(酯,DCTs)类农药在密闭的容器中加热,经SnCl_2-HCl酸化分解成二硫化碳(CS2),用自动顶空装置直接进样,气相色谱uECD检测器测定CS2的含量,从而间接得到二硫代氨基甲酸盐类农药(DCTs)的含量。结果该方法的回收率为83.86%~90.33%,RSD为1.11%~2.58%,方法的检出限为0.02 mg/kg,均符合农药残留分析要求。结论该方法可广泛用于水果中DTCs农药残留的检测。 Objective To establish the method of detection for dithiocarbamates(DCTs) residues in fruits. Methods After heated in a closed containers and SnCl2-HCl acidified, the dithiocarbamate(ester, DCTs) pesticides were decomposed into CS2. The samples were injected into gas chromatogram uECD detector through automatic headspace device for CS2 detection and the content of DCTs was indirectly obtained. Results The recovery rate of this method was from 83.86% to 90.33%,with the RSD from 1.11% to 2.58% and the detection limit of 0.02 mg/kg. All the results met the requirements of pesticides residue analysis. Conclusions This method can be widely used for detecting DTCs pesticides residue in fruits.
