用硅胶G板对健儿强身膏中的补骨脂﹑陈皮﹑续断进行薄层色谱鉴别的价值

The value of TLC identification of psoralen, tangerine peel and dipsacus in jianer qiangshen ointment by silicon G plate

目的:研究用硅胶G板对健儿强身膏中的补骨脂﹑陈皮﹑续断进行薄层色谱鉴别的价值。方法:分别采用硅胶G板对健儿强身膏中的补骨脂﹑陈皮﹑续断进行薄层色谱鉴别,总结用上述方法对健儿强身膏中的补骨脂﹑陈皮﹑续断进行薄层色谱鉴别的价值。结果:在用硅胶G板对健儿强身膏中的补骨脂、陈皮﹑续断进行薄层色谱鉴别时,供试品色谱中在与对照品色谱相对应的位置上,均可显现出相同颜色的荧光斑点,而阴性对照液均未显现出此斑点。结论:用硅胶G板对健儿强身膏中的补骨脂﹑陈皮﹑续断进行薄层色谱鉴别具有准确率高、操作性强及专属性好等优点。

objective: to study the TLC identification value of silica gel G plate for psoralen, tangerine peel and dipsacus in jianerqiangshen ointment. Methods: the TLC identification of psoralen, tangerine peel and dipsacus in jianer qiangshen ointment was carried out by using silicon G plate, and the value of TLC identification of psoralen, tangerine peel and dipsacus in jianer qiangshen ointment was summarized. Results: in the TLC identification of psoralen and tangerine peel, dipterygium in jianer qiangshen ointment by using the silicon G plate, fluorescence spots of the same color could be seen in the positions corresponding to the chromatographic positions of the test products, while the negative control solution did not show such spots. Conclusion: the TLC identification of psoralen, tangerine peel and dipsacus in jianer qiangshen ointment by silicon G plate has the advantages of high accuracy, high operability and good specificity.
