针刺疗法联合中药内服疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的效果探究

Effect of acupuncture combined with oral medicinal herbs for peripheral facial paralysis

目的:研究用针刺疗法联合中药内服疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的效果。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月期间重庆市武隆区中医院收治的94例周围性面神经麻痹患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为MAT组和OBS组(47例/组)。为MAT组患者单用中药内服疗法进行治疗,为OBS组患者联用针刺疗法和中药内服疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效、ESCA评分、KPS评分、MUNSH评分和QOLS评分。结果:OBS组患者治疗的总有效率(95.7%)高于MAT组患者治疗的总有效率(76.6%),P <0.05。治疗后,OBS组患者的ESCA评分、KPS评分、MUNSH评分和QOLS评分均高于MAT组患者,P <0.05。结论:用针刺疗法联合中药内服疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的效果显著,能够有效地缓解患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,促进其康复。

objective:to study the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal administration on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:94 patients with peripheral facial nerve palsy admitted to wulong district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in chongqing from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.These patients were divided into MAT group and OBS group(47 cases/group).MAT group patients were treated with internal Chinese medicine therapy alone,and OBS group patients were treated with combined acupuncture therapy and internal Chinese medicine therapy.The clinical efficacy,ESCA score,KPS score,MUNSH score and QOLS score were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate(95.7%)in OBS group was higher than that in MAT group(76.6%),P<0.05.After treatment,ESCA score,KPS score,MUNSH score and QOLS score of patients in OBS group were all higher than those in MAT group,P<0.05.Conclusion:acupuncture therapy combined with Chinese medicine internal administration therapy has a significant effect on peripheral facial paralysis,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life,and promot e their recovery.
