使用盐酸吗啡缓释片对晚期恶性肿瘤患者进行三阶梯止痛治疗的效果研讨

The effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets on the analgesic treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumors was studied

目的:探讨使用盐酸吗啡缓释片对晚期恶性肿瘤患者进行三阶梯止痛治疗的效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年12月期间阆中市人民医院收治的61例晚期恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。使用盐酸吗啡缓释片对这些患者进行三阶梯止痛治疗。然后观察这些患者疼痛缓解的情况及发生不良反应的情况。结果:经治疗,这些患者疼痛缓解的总有效率为90.16%。治疗期间,这些患者便秘的发生率为34.43%,其恶心呕吐的发生率为21.31%,其嗜睡的发生率为18.03%,其呼吸抑制的发生率为1.64%。这些患者均未发生药物依赖的情况。结论:使用盐酸吗啡缓释片对晚期恶性肿瘤患者进行三阶梯止痛治疗可有效地缓解其疼痛,且安全性较高。

objective:to investigate the effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets on the analgesic treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumors by three steps.Methods:a total of 61 patients with advanced malignant tumors admitted to langzhong people's hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.Morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets were used to treat these patients with triple ladder analgesia.The pain relief and adverse reactions of these patients were then observed.Results:the total effective rate of pain relief was 90.16%.During treatment,the incidence of constipation was 34.43%,nausea and vomiting 21.31%,drowsiness 18.03%,and respiratory depression 1.64%.None of these patients developed drug dependence.Conclusion:the use of morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets for advanced malignant tumor patients with three ladder analgesic treatment can effectively alleviate their pain,and high safety.
