摘要
目的:研究用右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法:选择2017年3月至2018年4月重庆市涪陵区妇幼保健院收治的66例营养性缺铁性贫血患儿作为研究对象。将这些患儿随机分为对照组(n=33)与观察组(n=33)。用硫酸亚铁口服液对对照组患儿进行治疗,用右旋糖酐铁口服液对观察组患儿进行治疗,然后比较两组患儿Hb(血红蛋白)的水平、MCHC(红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度)、MCV(平均红细胞体积)、临床疗效及其不良反应的发生率。结果:接受治疗后,观察组患儿Hb的水平、MCHC及MCV均高于对照组患儿,P <0.05。观察组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,用药期间其不良反应的发生率低于对照组患儿,P <0.05。结论:用右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血可取得良好的效果,能显著减轻患儿贫血的症状,改善其Hb、MCHC及MCV等指标,且用药的安全性较高。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of oral solution of dextran iron on nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods:66 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia admitted to fuling maternal and child health care hospital in chongqing from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects.These children were randomly divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33).Children in the control group were treated with ferrous sulfate oral solution,and children in the observation group were treated with dextran iron oral solution.Then,Hb(hemoglobin)level,MCHC(mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration),MCV(mean red blood cell volume),clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,Hb level,MCHC and MCV in the observation group were higher tha n those in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the treatment in the observa tion group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:dextran iron oral solution can achieve good effect in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children,can significantly reduce the symptoms of anemia in children,improve its Hb,MCHC,MCV and other indicators,and the drug safety is high.
