为盆腔炎患者使用中医综合疗法进行治疗的效果观察

Effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medice for the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease

目的 :探讨为盆腔炎患者使用中医综合疗法进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :将2017年7月至2018年7月期间南岸区中西医结合医院收治的212例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象。将这212例患者分为对照组(102例)和观察组(110例)。为对照组患者使用西医疗法进行治疗,为观察组患者使用中医综合疗法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :经过治疗,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者病情的治愈率和治疗的总有效率均更高,P <0.05。结论 :为盆腔炎患者使用中医综合疗法进行治疗的效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:212 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in nan‘an district from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as research objects.The 212 patients were divided into control group(102 cases)and observation group(110 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while those in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Then,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,compared with the control group,the cure rate and total effective rate were higher in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion:it is effective to treat pelvic inflammatory disease with TCM comprehensive therapy.
