用小剂量的氟康唑对继发肺部真菌感染的慢性肺源性心脏病患者进行治疗的效果研讨

Effect of small dose of fluconazole for the patients with secondary fungus infection of chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的 :探讨用小剂量的氟康唑对继发肺部真菌感染的慢性肺源性心脏病患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :将2016年2月至2018年2月期间成都平安医院呼吸科收治的66例继发肺部真菌感染的慢性肺源性心脏病患者平均分为A组和B组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为B组患者使用小剂量的氟康唑进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,与A组患者相比,B组患者治疗的总有效率更高,P <0.05。结论 :用小剂量的氟康唑对继发肺部真菌感染的慢性肺源性心脏病患者进行治疗的效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose fluconazole in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease secondary to pulmonary fungal infection.Methods:66 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease secondary to pulmonary fungal infection admitted to the respiratory department of chengdu ping an hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were divided into group A and group B on average.Both groups were treated with c onventional therapy.On this basis,small doses of fluconazole were administered to group B patients.Then,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of group B patients was higher than that of group A patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:low dose fluconazole is effective in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease secondary to pulmonary fungal infection.
