为老年慢性心力衰竭患者使用马来酸依那普利叶酸片进行治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the efficacy of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的 :探讨用马来酸依那普利叶酸片为老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行治疗的效果。方法 :将2016年11月至2017年11月期间成都市武侯区第三人民医院收治的158例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。将这158例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有79例患者。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者加用马来酸依那普利叶酸片进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的治疗效果及其治疗后的心功能改善情况。结果 :与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率及其治疗后心功能改善的有效率均较高(P <0.05)。结论 :为老年慢性心力衰竭患者在实施常规治疗的基础上加用马来酸依那普利叶酸片进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其心功能。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:158 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the third people’s hospital of wuhou district,chengdu from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as subjects.The 158 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 79 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets.Then,the therapeutic effects of the two groups and the improvement of cardiac function after treatment were compared.Results:compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment and the improvement of cardiac function in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure in the implementation of conventional treatment in addition to the use of enalapril maleate folic aci d tablets for treatment of significant effect,can effectively improve their cardiac function.
