米索前列醇联合己烯雌酚对接受宫内节育器取出术的绝经后女性进行宫颈软化的效果

Effect of misoprostol combined with diethylstilbestrol on cervical softening in postmenopausal women undergoing iud removal

目的 :研究用米索前列醇联合己烯雌酚对接受宫内节育器取出术的绝经后女性进行宫颈软化的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年1月期间在成都市武侯区人民医院进行宫内节育器取出术的80例绝经后女性为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例女性。在两组女性进行手术前,单用米索前列醇为对照组女性进行宫颈软化,用米索前列醇联合乙烯雌酚对观察组女性进行宫颈软化。手术结束后,对比两组女性术前宫颈软化的程度、术中应激反应的程度和手术的结果。结果:术前与对照组女性相比,观察组女性中宫颈软化程度为软化、部分软化女性的占比均较高,为软化欠佳女性的占比较低,P <0.05。术中与对照组女性相比,观察组女性中应激反应程度为轻度女性的占比较高,为重度女性的占比较低,P <0.05。术后与对照组女性相比,观察组女性中手术结果为取器成功女性的占比较高,为取器困难及取器失败女性的占比均较低,P <0.05。结论 :用米索前列醇联合乙烯雌酚对接受宫内节育器取出术的绝经后女性进行宫颈软化的效果良好,可减轻其在术中的痛苦,提高其取器的成功率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with diethylstilbestrol on cervical softening in postmenopausal women undergoing iud removal.Methods:80 postmenopausal women who underwent iud removal in people's hospital of wuhou district,chengdu from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 females in each group.Before the operation in the two groups of women,cervical softening was performed with misoprostol alone as the control group,and cervical softening was performed with misoprostol combined with etheoestrol in the observation group.After the operation,the degree of cervical softening before the operation,the degree of stress response during the operation and the result of the operation were compared between the two groups.Results:compared with the control group before surgery,the proportion of women with cervical softening degree of softening and partial softening in the observation group was higher,and the proportion of women with less softening degree was lower,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the proportion of women with mild stress response in the observation group was higher,while that of women with severe stress response was lower,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the percentage of successful women in the observation group was higher,while the percentage of difficult and unsuccessful women was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:the cervical softening effect of misoprostol combined with etheoestrol on postmenopausal women undergoing iud removal is good,which can alleviate the pain during the operation and improve the success rate of the iud removal.
