调节阀套筒的铸造工艺改进

摘要 简要分析了调节阀套筒的工况和结构特点。该套筒采用原铸造工艺生产易产生气孔、夹杂物等缺陷。根据这些缺陷的特征分析了其产生的机制。从浇注系统、浇注温度、冒口设计及模具结构等多个方面提出了改进措施,结果消除了套筒铸件的气孔、夹杂物等缺陷,提高了套筒铸件的质量。 Operation condition and structural characteristics of an ajustment valve barrel were briefly analyzed.When produced by the original casting process,defects such as bolwholes,inclusions and so on was frequently present in the barrel.The mechanism whereby these defects formed was analyzed in the light of their features.Some solutions to shch defects have been put forward in terns of pouring system,pouring temperature,riser design,mould structure,etc,and,as a result,the barrel castings had no defects such as bolwhole and inclusion,their quality was considerably improved.
