摘要 简要分析了HFF240301E型差速器壳体结构热节多、缩孔缩松多的问题。通过改进结构设计来避免热节的出现。采用组合式整体砂芯,将差速器壳体十字轴孔整体铸出。进行了铸造成型工艺的生产验证,结果表明,避免了HFF240301E型差速器壳体中热节的出现,消除了缩孔缩松等缺陷,提高了产品的成品率。 Problem of more hot spots and shrinkages present in the HFF240301E type differential case was briefly analyzed.The hot spot will be avoided by an improvement in structural design.Through adopting a monolithic sand core,the monoblock differential case of cross axle hole was cast.The casting moulding process was verified in production.The results showed that there was no such defects as hot spot and shrinkages in the HFF240301E type differential case,and that its production yield was raised.
