定向冷却提高金属型吸热效率的机制及应用

摘要 提出了铸造金属型水冷通道的吸热效率和有效吸热效率的概念。采用因次分析法找出了与冷却管长、冷媒流速、模具材料的热扩散率、铸件与冷媒之间的温度梯度的定量关系。给出七种工程上实用的可提高有效吸热效率的方法及金属铸型水冷通道的设计原则,能使铸造工艺参数的设计、调整更加合理、方便,改善铸件的冷却效果。 The concepts of heat absorption efficiency and effective heat absorption efficiency of watercooling channel in metal mold were put forward.The quantitative relationship among the heat absorption efficiency and the effective heat absorption efficiency,the cooling channel length,the cooling channel media,and the thermal diffusivity of the mold,as well as the temperature gradient between casting and cooling media was derived by using dimensional analysis method.Seven design methods which can used to enhance thermal diffusivity in engineering and the design principles of water-cooling channel in metal mold were also given.Consequently,the design and adjustment of casting process parameters become more reasonable and convenient,and the cooling effect of the casting can be improved.
