摘要
介绍了中小型球墨铸铁注塑机头板的结构特点和技术要求。分析了头板的失效形式。根据其使用特点,采用三箱分型,二箱造型的方法,简化了造型操作。采用阶梯式浇注系统,结合冒口加冷铁工艺,解决了由于大面朝下工艺改为大面朝上工艺而出现的缩孔、缩松、夹渣等缺陷,并提出了解决石墨漂浮、碎块石墨及粗大石墨等不良组织的方法,可获得组织致密的优质铸件,废品率为0.86%。
The structural characteristics and technical requirements of small-and-medium sized nodular iron head plates were introduced.The failure form of the head plate is analyzed.According to its use characteristics,the application of three-box type and two-boxe mould has simplified the modeling operation.By using cascade pouring system,in conjunction with both riser and cold iron process,defects such as shrinkage and slag inclusion caused by turning downward larger facet into upward one have been eliminated.A solution to undesirable structures such as graphite floating,fragmented graphite and coarse graphite was put forward,thus making it possible to produce premium castings having sound structure at rejection rate of 0.88%.
