摘要
简要介绍了低应力铸铁的一些特点。在低应力灰铸铁的生产中,炉前控制较为困难。生产实践和分析研究表明,低应力铸铁可通过控制三角试片的宽度来获得所需的力学性能,并稳定铸件的质量,使铸件的废品率从原先的13%降低到5%以下。
Some characteristics of low-stress cast iron were briefly introduced.On丒the丒spot control is relatively difficult in producing low-stress cast iron.From production practice and investigation it was seen that control of width of trigonal specimen might cause the low-stress cast iron to exhibit desirable mechanical properties,and quality of castings to become stable,thus reducing the rejection rates form original 13%to 5%.
