摘要
"芯片肺"是近年来一种在微流控芯片上利用微加工技术制造出具有部分生理功能的仿生肺三维模型。未来该模型可能代替动物实验,在体外模拟呼吸系统疾病的发育过程,并对呼吸系统疾病的研究和药物筛选具有重要意义。本文就"芯片肺"的结构及当前在呼吸疾病研究中的应用进展作一综述。
" Lung-on-a-chip" is a new 3D model of bionic lungs with some physiological functions created by micro-machining technology on microfluidic chips.This model may be able to partially replace animal experiments and simulate the development process of respiratory diseases in vitro in the future, which is of great significance for the study of respiratory diseases and drug screening.This review briefly summarizes the structure and applications of " lung-on-a-chip" in research of respiratory diseases.
