摘要
为了进一步提升高校学生的自信心,促进卓越人才的培养。本文从学生的自我画像、课程教学中的成就感获得以及心理辅导机制的构建三个方面进行了分析,并提出了实现措施。最后,以学生自我画像为案例进行了效果测试,良好的测试效果表明,以这三个方面为基础的自信心培养机制的构建,对于大学生提升自信心是行之有效的。为后续该机制的进一步完善,奠定了参考依据。
In order to further enhance the self-confidence of college students and promote the training of outstanding talents.This paper analyses the self-portrait of students,the sense of achievement in teaching and the construction of psychological counseling mechanism,and puts forward some measures to realize it.Finally,a case study of students'self-portraits is conducted to test the effect.The good test results show that the construction of Self-confidence Cultivation Mechanism Based on these three aspects is effective for college students to enhance their self-confidence.It lays a reference for the further improvement of the mechanism.
