摘要
目的:了解咸宁市各高校、科研院所以及企业单位的科技人才状况及普遍诉求。方法:本研究采用自制科技人才状况问卷对咸宁市科技人才进行问卷调查与分析。结果:(1)科技人才的月收入普遍较低;(2)大部分科技人才急切需要进修学习;(3)普遍反映要解决的问题有:工资待遇偏低,占53. 62%,职称评审困难,占45. 11%,学术交流困难,占40%;(4)关于人才培养,需要进一步重视;科研团队建设上,有40. 43%的人认为单位在资金和人员方面投入均不足;结论:咸宁市的科技人才工作亟需重视,需要重点解决科技人才的普遍诉求,科研单位及管理部门要增强服务意识,对科研人员加大支持力度,促进我市科技创新事业的发展。
Objective:to understand the status and general demands of scientific and technological talents in universities,research institutes and enterprises in Xianning.Methods:A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the scientific and technological talents in Xianning.Result:(1)The monthly income of scientific and technological talents is generally low;(2)Most of them urgently need further study;(3)The problems to be solved are generally reflected as follows:low salary,53.62%,difficult Title appraisal,45.11%,difficult academic exchange,40%;(4)More attention should be paid to the cultivation of talents;40.43% of the people think that the construction of scientific research team should be paid more attention to.The unit investment in funds and personnel is insufficient;Conclusion:xianning City's scientific and technological personnel work needs urgent attention,needs to focus on solving the general demand for scientific and technological personnel,scientific research units and management departments should enhance service awareness,increase support for scientific and technological personnel,and promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in our city.
