基于超声滚焊的压力容器铝箔内壁焊接技术研究

摘要 为解决压力容器防腐内壁层封口强度低的问题,开展了超声波连续滚动焊接铝箔技术研究。综合分析了影响焊接质量的主要工艺参数,对焊接过程中铝箔及焊头的应力场和温度场分布进行有限元仿真;重点研究了焊接压力、铝箔厚度等重要工艺参数对焊接质量的影响。通过正交试验进一步讨论了焊接速度、焊接压力、铝箔厚度等关键工艺参数的最优组合。结果表明,执行选定参数后,焊缝处剥离破坏强度可达铝箔母材抗拉强度,内壁层封口焊接强度取得显著改善,满足运行工况设计预期。 For solving the problems of low bonding strength of anticorrosion inside the pressure vessel, Technology of ultrasonic continuous welding used in aluminum alloy foil is researched in this paper. It analyses the technological parameters which affect the welding quality most. Through the finite element simulation it analyses the stress and temperature distribution of metal layer and welding head during the welding process. The influence of important parameters such as welding pressure and thickness of metal layer on welding quality is studied. The optimal combination of key process parameters such as welding speed, welding pressure and thickness of metal layer is discussed by orthogonal test. The results show that the bonding strength at the weld can reach the tensile strength of the metal itself, and can also meet to the design expectation.
