摘要
采用1-芘甲醛和水合肼在二甘醇二甲醚和乙醇混合溶剂中合成具有荧光探针的双(1-芘基)吖嗪分子。将该配体与不同金属离子溶液配合,发现该荧光探针对Cu^(2+)具有良好的选择性,最低检出限为10^(-8)mol/L。
Bis(1-pyrene) acrazine molecules with fluorescent probes were synthesized from 1-pyreneformaldehyde and hydrazine hydrate in the mixed solvent of diethylene glycol dimethyl ether and ethanol. It was found that the fluorescent probe had good selectivity for Cu^2+ by combining the ligand with different metal ion solutions. The detection limit was 10-8mol/L.
