中医药服务价格政策文献综述

Literature Review on Price Policy of TCM Services

为了更好地了解当前国内中医药服务价格政策的总体现状,通过以"中医药服务价格"为关键词检索的47份CNKI数据库文献以及5676种读秀中文图书的方式,从目前国内中医药服务价格政策的研究现状与实行近况、原因等方面对于其研究进展进行归纳,相关领域的研究者大多数认为由于医保报销范围过小、中医药医疗服务项目少、价格偏低等原因,导致我国中医药服务价格定价尚不规范,以此为基础笔者提出改革中医药服务价格的政策建议。

In order to better understand the current general situation of the price policy of Chinese medicine service in China,47 CNKIdatabase documents and 5676 kinds of Chinese books reading show were searched by using"service price of traditional Chinese medicine"as the key word.This paper summarizes the research progress of the pricepolicy of traditional Chinese medicine in China from the aspects of the current research status and the implementation of the price policyof traditional Chinese medicine.Most of the researchers in the related field think that the coverage of medical insurance reimbursement is too small,and there are few items of medical service of traditional Chinesemedicine.On the basis of the low price and other reasons,the price pricing of Chinese medicine service is not standardized,the author puts forward some policy suggestions to reform the price of Chinese medicine service.
