摘要
组件由若干元件和塞条通过电子束焊焊接而成,塞条的厚度对于控制组件非发热区尺寸的大小具有重要意义,必须对其进行无损测量。基于超声波脉冲反射法测量原理,研制了一套组件塞条厚度超声自动测量系统,并对试样进行了实际测试。测试结果表明,该测量系统对塞条厚度测量的最大偏差为0. 05mm,最大相对偏差2. 0%,满足测量精度要求。
The assembly is formed by several components and slivers using electron beam welding. The thickness of the sliver is important to control the size of the non-heating zone of the assembly, The thickness of the sliver must be measured by non-destructive method. Based on the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection method, a set of ultrasonic automatic measuring system for slivers thickness was developed and the samples were tested. The results show that the maximum deviation of the measuring system for the thickness of the sliver is 0.05mm, and the maximum relative deviation is 2%, which meets the measurement accuracy requirements.
