Construction and Revelation of Intellectual Property Service in Universities Under the “Dual First–rate” Background

在国家高度重视知识产权工作的战略背景下,我国高校知识产权工作取得了长足的进步,但也存在诸多问题,尤其是知识产权服务方面。本文分析了"双一流"背景下高校知识产权服务存在的问题,提出了要健全知识产权管理及服务支撑机构、构建高效的知识产权管理制度、加强技术和知识产权服务和交易平台建设、引进和培养知识产权管理专业人才、延伸知识产权服务外延、挖掘服务深度等对策。

Under the background of the country's high emphasis on intellectual property rights, universities in China have made great progress in intellectual property work, but there are also many problems, especially in intellectual property services. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the intellectual property service of universities under the “Dual First –rate” background, and proposes to strengthen the establishment of intellectual property service institutions、build an efficient intellectual property management system、enhance the construction of trading platforms of technology and intellectual property 、Cultivate intellectual property management team, extend the extension of intellectual property services, and tap the depth of services.
