摘要
在公路企业长远发展中,文化建设是尤为重要的组成部分,同时也是公路企业整体发展的动力源泉。公路企业文化是人力资源管理的重要条件之一,对于完善企业整体的人力资源管理具有重要的作用。基于此,本文对公路企业文化在人力资源管理中的作用进行探讨。
In the long-term development of highway enterprises,cultural construction is a particularly important part, and it is also the driving force source of the overall development of highway enterprises.Highway enterprise culture is one of the important conditions of human resource management and plays an important role in perfecting the whole human resource management of enterprise.Based on this,this paper discusses the role of highway enterprise culture in human resource management.
