明代中后期金陵与建阳书坊通俗文学刊刻之比较

Comparison of Popular Literature of Jinling and Jianyang Bookshop Printing in the Middle and Late Ming Dynasty

文章对明中后期金陵和建阳书坊在小说戏曲等通俗文学刊刻情况进行对比研究,分析了金陵和建阳书坊在经营模式、鼎盛年代和宣传造势方式等方面的共同点及原因,并对两地书坊在读者定位、稿源、版式风格和题材选择等方面的不同点及原因进行了探讨。两地书坊高低搭配,充分利用各自资源,相互学习,为推进中国通俗文学的发展作出了巨大贡献。

This paper makes a comparative study on the situation of the literary publishing and engraving of novels and opera in the Middle and Late Ming Dynasty. It is analyzed the common points and reasons of the two places in terms of family style management, the rising age,and sales promotion. It also discusses the characteristics and reasons of the two places in terms of reader orientation, source, style and choice of subject matter. The high and low collocation of the two places,making full use of each other’s resources and learning from each other,has contributed greatly to the development of popular literature in China.
