University-Enterprise Cooperation Model Assisting Education for Talent With Applicable Skills

文章从合作模式、实践成效和特色经验入手探讨了"3+1岗位课程包"校企合作模式,以此有效推进产教深度融合和教育教学改革,实行工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习的人才培养模式,在深化校企合作内涵方面取得了一定成果。

Starting from cooperation model,practice achievement,and unique experiences, the university-enterprise cooperation model,“3 + 1 Post Courses”, is discussed to promote the integration of industry and university as well as education reform. The model,combining enterprise and school,cooperation,and field work,has made some achievements in terms of the deeper cooperation.
