摘要
目的研究血清肿瘤标志物检测在肺结节影中的诊断价值。方法对在本院就诊的发现肺部结节的患者进行血清肿瘤标志物的检测,包括:CA50、SCCA、NSE、CYFRA211。经过CT以及穿刺病理诊断后,对比血清肿瘤标志物检测结果与确诊结果的吻合度。结果血清肿瘤标志物检测结果与确诊结果吻合度很高,有很好的准确性。结论血清肿瘤标志物在对肺结节影有良好的诊断价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum tumor marker detection in pulmonary nodule shadow. Methods Serum tumor markers were detected in patients with pulmonary nodules in our hospital, including CA50, SCCA, NSE and CYFRA211. After CT and puncture pathological diagnosis, the coincidence degree between the detection result of serum tumor markers and the diagnosis result was compared.Results The detection results of serum tumor markers were in good agreement with the diagnosis results. Conclusion Serum tumor markers have good diagnostic value in pulmonary nodules.
