摘要
目的对比利福平注射液与利福平胶囊治疗肺结核的临床疗效。方法选取本院呼吸内科结核科2015年11月至2017年11月收治的60例肺结核患者,将其随机分为两组,各30例。全部患者均采用标准化治疗,给予患者异烟肼(300 mg,口服,每天1次)+链霉素(750 mg,肌肉注射,每天1次)+吡嗪酰胺(750 mg,口服,每天2次),在此基础上,对照组给予患者利福平胶囊(450 mg,清晨空腹口服,每天1次),观察组给予患者利福平注射液(450 mg,配以5%葡萄糖溶液250 ml,静脉滴注,每天1次),治疗2个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率30.00%,对照组不良反应发生率26.67%,组间数据比较差异无统计学意义。结论利福平注射液与利福平胶囊治疗肺结核安全性相似,但前者临床疗效更加显著,因此首选利福平注射液治疗肺结核。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Rifampicin Injection and Rifampicin Capsules in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine from November 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases. All patients were treated with standardized treatment. The patients were given isoniazid(300 mg, oral, 1 times a day)+ streptomycin(750 mg, muscle injection, 1 times a day)+ azinamid(750 mg, oral, 2 times a day). On this basis, the control group was given Rifampicin Capsules(450 mg, morning empty abdomen orally, 1 times a day), and the observation group was given the patient Rifampicin Injection(450 mg, combined with 5% glucose solution 250 ml, intravenous drip, 1 times a day) two months after treatment, the treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(100.00%) was higher than that of the control group(76.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 30.00%, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.67%, and there was no statistical difference between the groups. Conclusion The safety of Rifampicin Injection and Rifampicin Capsules in the treatment of tuberculosis is similar, but the former has a more significant clinical effect. Therefore, the first choice of Rifampicin Injection is to treat tuberculosis.
