肝硬化伴高血压患者给予开放饮食和限盐饮食对病情改善对比 被引量:2

Comparison of the improvement of the condition with open diet and salt limited diet in patients with liver cirrhosis and hypertension

摘要 目的分析肝硬化伴高血压患者给予开放饮食和限盐饮食对患者血压与肝功能控制效果的差异。方法从2016年6月至2018年6月本院收治的肝硬化伴高血压患者中选取96例患者进行研究,将选取的患者按照不同的饮食方式分为开放组和限盐组,各48例。两组患者均给予常规治疗方式,其中开放组患者对氯化钠的摄入不进行限制,限盐组患者将氯化钠的摄入量控制在每天不得超过80 mg。对比分析两组患者的血压(DBP、SBP)和肝功能(ALP、ALT、AST和Alb)情况。结果开放组与限盐组患者的DBP、SBP两项指标均明显低于治疗前,其中限盐组血压控制水平优于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,开放组肝功能中的ALP、ALT和AST水平均明显优于限盐组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),限盐组患者的Alb明显优于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论限盐组患者改善高血压情况效果明显,而开放组患者在改善肝功能的方面效果显著,两种饮食方式的利弊各有不同。 Objective To analyze the effect of open diet and salt restriction diet on blood pressure and liver function in patients with cirrhosis and hypertension. Methods From June 2016 to June 2018, 96 patients with liver cirrhosis and hypertension were selected to study. The selected patients were divided into open group and salt limiting group according to different dietary methods, 48 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given routine treatment, of which the patients in the open group did not limit the intake of sodium chloride. The salt limit group controlled the intake of sodium chloride not more than 80 mg per day. The blood pressure(DBP, SBP) and liver function(ALP, ALT, AST and Alb) of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The two indexes of DBP and SBP in the open group and the salt limited group were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and the blood pressure control level in the salt limited group was better than that in the open group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ALP, ALT and AST in the liver function of the open group were significantly better than those in the salt limiting group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the Alb in the salt limited group was significantly better than that in the open group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the salt limiting group on the improvement of hypertension is obvious, but the effect of the open group is significant in improving the liver function. The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of diet are different.
