CT在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的应用价值研究

Application value of CT in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的探讨CT在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的应用价值。方法选择本院的2017年6月至2018年5月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征60例作为观察组,同期健康人群60例作为对照组,均行多层螺旋CT检查其鼻咽部影像学特征,观察上气道阻塞状况。结果经CT检查显示,观察组咽喉部塌陷度明显高于对照组,软腭长度及厚度明显比对照组增大(P<0.05);观察组咽壁顺应性各指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT可用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的观察测量,对上气道咽腔狭窄情况进行评估,从而更好的指导阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床治疗。

Objective To explore the application value of CT in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods 60 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation group, and 60 cases of healthy people were used as control group at the same time. The imaging features of nasopharynx were examined by multislice spiral CT, and the status of upper airway obstruction was observed. Results The CT examination showed that the collapse degree of the pharynx and larynx in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the length and thickness of the soft palate were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the indexes of the compliance of the pharynx wall in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Multislice spiral CT can be used to observe the observation of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, evaluate the stenosis of upper airway and better guide the clinical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
