生物标志物在子宫颈癌筛查中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 子宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,通过筛查来发现并治疗癌前病变达到子宫颈癌的二级预防。主要的筛查手段为宫颈脱落细胞学检查或高危人乳头瘤病毒检测,有导致漏诊风险或部分人群的过度治疗。生物标志物作为新型筛查手段有广阔的应用前景。本文就生物标志物P16蛋白、P16/ki-67、DNA甲基化标志物、HPV L1蛋白、microRNAs和细胞角蛋白在子宫颈癌筛查中的研究进展作一综述。
